All non-bridal items are generally shipped within 3-5 days of purchase via USPS. Some items may take longer (such as made to order styles), so please read item descriptions. Please email for international shipping rates outside of the US.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds will be granted in the original form of payment less shipping costs. Items must be shipped within 15 days of receipt in original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@VivaAviva.com and we will gladly send you a return label via USPS first class mail. There is no fee to exchange your item but please note that we do not offer free returns and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase refund.
